It is muchcontent.com’s standard practice to address and react to all valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that adhere to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the text of which is available at http://www.copyright.gov) or any other applicable intellectual property statutes.

muchcontent.com offers an image-sharing platform with capabilities including, but not limited to, uploading, distributing, and viewing adult content. All users of muchcontent.com must warrant that they possess the necessary rights to upload and publish any images on muchcontent.com. muchcontent.com retains the exclusive right to remove or disable access to any user-submitted content that infringes—or appears to infringe—on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Accordingly, responses to claimed copyright violations may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and/or terminating user accounts where appropriate.

  6. A declaration that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
